# How to Raise a Ticket from the Admin Panel?

## Follow the given steps to raise a ticket from app:

1. Login to [Vawsum Web](https://web.vawsum.com/) using your credentials as a Teacher/Admin.
2. Click on the**Raise Ticket** option.(top right corner)
3. A new page will open. Now enter your Email Id.
4. Write about the issue you're facing**(subject)** and elucidate the issue**(description)**
5. Click on Submit.
6. Your complaint has now successfully been raised and a Vawsum executive will contact you as soon as possible.
