# How to recover Username and Password?

## In case you get locked out of your account then follow the below-mentioned steps to recover your username and password :

1. Open the [Vawsum App](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.vawsum) on your smartphone.

2. Click on the **Forgot Password** option once you reach the login page of the application.

3. Enter the registered mobile number and click on **Send**.

4. After waiting for a while you will receive a text from the Vawsum team, which will contain your **Username** and **Password**.

5. Enter the username and password received into the login page.

6. Click on**Login**.

7. You will successfully be able to enter your account again.
