# How to track admission-related queries?

## How do I track admission-related queries in Vawsum?

Admission enquiries are tracked from the Vawsum admin panel. Go to **Admission Enquiry** on the left panel, choose **Admission Leads** or **Category Form Leads** from the dropdown and select the form type. The page lists every entry submitted, with search and filter options by candidate name or date range, and can be exported to Excel.

### Steps to track admission enquiries

1. Sign in to the [Vawsum Admin Panel](https://web.vawsum.com/) using your **admin** credentials.
2. Go to **Admission Enquiry** (available on the left panel on the dashboard).
3. Next, from the dropdown, click on **Admission Leads** or **Category Form Leads**.
4. Select the desired **form type** from the dropdown on the page that appears.
5. You can now **view the list of entries** filled in the form and submitted by users.
6. Monitor and track the entries to generate the desired analysis for the **school's admission drive**.
7. **Search** and **filter options** on the page can be used for the desired visibility by **candidate name** or **date range**.

**Note:**
1. Each column header onscreen also has its own sorting filters.
2. The report can also be generated in an Excel version for different analysis.
3. The page is accessible only if the Admission Enquiry module is opted for and activated for the school.
