Below are the steps Admin can follow to handle Student Report:
- Login to Vawsum Web using your credentials as an Admin.
- Go to App Reports (available on the Left Panel on Dashboard).
- Click on Students Report from the Dropdown.
- Next, Select Criteria as may required. (Includes – Class, Section, Gender, Demographics)
- Click on Proceed To Next Steps.
- On the Page opened, Filter out the parameters which would not be required from the available list.
- Page would reflect onscreen information as per the selection.
- Excel version can also be downloaded according to the desired Filters used for the search.
- Search box can be utilized for searching any specific Student or Classes etc.
- Above steps can be followed to generate Report and not for any Information Edit purpose.
Note –
- The referred Report Page only meant to generate visibility of Student’s Information and not for any edit work.
- Ideally Admin should only have the right to view the Report.
