Below are the steps a Parent can follow to fill up Admission Enquiry Form:
- Parents may receive an Enquiry Form to fill up online for their Child to get admission in a School.
- Parents can open and access the Form from their mobile or desktop or from laptop.
- Form would have certain mandate and non-mandate fields to fill in.
- Parent have to fill all mandate fields for submitting the Form successfully.
- Parents are advised to provide all possible information asked in the Form
- Parent should be confident to have filled in the complete Form and uploaded all the required Documents as applicable.
- Preview button can be clicked upon before submission of the Form. (available at the end of the Form, beside Submit button)
- Once Parent is confident to have provided all relevant inputs, Submit button can be clicked upon.
- Prompt would appear after successful submission of the Form.
- Parent would receive a text message on the contact details submitted in the Form.
- Text message should have the Link to install Vawsum/Dedicated School App followed by Credentials for the Parents to login and join the School group as a guest.
- Once the Parent joins the group, they are expected to receive relevant communication from School might interest Parents.
- Parents may receive the Enquiry Links over email, whatsapp, text message or any other media on discretion of School.
- Once the Form is filled and submitted by a Parent, the same can be viewed and tracked from School’s end.
- As a next step after reviewing the entries, School can call up the Parents for further counseling for admission of their child.
- The entire process has been designed to make the enquiry journey hassle-free and paperless for both School and Parents looking for their child for admission.
