How Admission Enquiry Form Works For An Admin

Below are the steps would help an Admin to keep Track for New Entries generating from Enquiry Form:

  1. School may share Enquiry Form to prospective Parents seeking to get their children admission in new schools.
  2. Admin can Login to Vawsum Web using credentials of an Admin.
  3. Go to Admission Enquiry (available on the Left Panel on Dashboard).
  4. Page would be accessible only if the Module is opted and activated for School.
  5. Go to Customize Form (available in dropdown)
  6. Select desired Form Type from the Dropdown
  7. Next copy the Link available on selecting the Form.
  8. Link can be copied by School Admin or unique Referral Codes can also be shared through Vawsum App or School’s Dedicated App by any User as Admin, Teachers or a Parent (option available under Refer Your School from App Menu)
  9. Once the Form is filled and submitted by a Parent, the same can be viewed and tracked from School’s end.
  10. Admin can Login to Vawsum Web using credentials of an Admin.
  11. Go to Admission Enquiry (available on the Left Panel on Dashboard).
  12. Click on Admission Leads from the Dropdown.
  13. Select the desired Form from the Dropdown.
  14. At this step, Admin can view the list of entries by Parents who has filled in the Form.
  15. Admin can monitor or track to generate desired analysis for School’s Admission Drive.
  16. This entire process of Online Enquiry boosts the growth of a School to it’s next level driving New Admissions.

  1. Admission Enquiry Page would be accessible only if the Admission Enquiry Module is opted and activated for the School.
