To share Live meeting links follow the given steps:
1. Login to the Vawsum Application / Dedicated School App on your smartphone using your credentials as Teacher
2. Go To Menu (3 parallel lines, top right corner on screen)
3. Click on edit button of About section
4. Copy and Paste the meeting link available or copied from Google Meet, Zoom Meeting Link etc.
5. Next, click on Submit to update.
6. Go To Home Page in App
7. Click on Make A Diary Entry at the top of the homepage of your app.
8. Scroll left at the bottom of your page and click on the Event option .
9.Click on Select Diary and choose a type of diary from the options available in the dropdown menu.
10. Put brief description of the Live Class to be scheduled (e.g.- Subject Name, Chapter No. etc.).
11. Select Start Date and Time followed by Class End Date and Time for the Live Class to be conducted.
12. Click on the colorful icon (3rd from left – 3 people sitting around) to auto select the Live Class Link (link already updated in Teacher’s Profile beforehand).
13. If you want to add a location then click on Add Location icon and search your location. Next , click on Submit button to add the location.
14. If you want to attach a file , click on the Attachment icon below and choose any one option from the following dropdown menu : Take photo/ Select from gallery/ Upload Files.
15. Now select a file which you want to upload and click on Done at the top right-hand corner of your screen.
16. Click on Post at the top right corner of your screen. Your post will be displayed on the homepage of your app.
Added Steps if Admin Approval is applicable for the School:
- Login to the Vawsum Application as an Admin
- Click on the Bell icon representing Notifications at the top right corner of the homepage in App .
- Click on the Unapproved Event from the list of notifications.
- Next, click on Approve button as an Admin to approve the event.
Note –
- Meeting Link can copied from (G-Meet / Zoom Meet etc.)
- Meeting Link can be created and updated in Teachers Profile section only once. Need not have to re-create Links again and again for different other Classes for the Teacher.
- Attendance for Live Classes would be auto-captured.
- Live Class Attendance Report can be accessible both from App and Web (Admin Panel)
