How does the admission enquiry form work for an admin?

An admin shares an enquiry form link with prospective parents, then tracks the submissions from Vawsum Web. The form is set up under Admission Enquiry then Customize Form, and completed entries are reviewed under Admission Leads. The page is only accessible if the Admission Enquiry module is opted for and activated for the school.

Steps to create and share the enquiry form

A school may share an enquiry form with prospective parents seeking admission for their children.
Login to Vawsum Web using credentials of an admin.
Go to Admission Enquiry (available on the left panel on the dashboard).
Go to Customize Form (available in the dropdown).
Select the desired form type from the dropdown.
Copy the link available on selecting the form.
The link can be copied by the school admin, or unique referral codes can be shared through the Vawsum app or the school’s dedicated app by any admin, teacher or parent (available under Refer Your School in the app menu).

Steps to track admission leads

Once the form is filled in and submitted by a parent, it can be viewed and tracked from the school’s end.
Login to Vawsum Web using credentials of an admin.
Go to Admission Enquiry (available on the left panel on the dashboard).
Click on Admission Leads from the dropdown.
Select the desired form from the dropdown.
View the list of entries by parents who have filled in the form.
Monitor or track the entries to generate the desired analysis for the school’s admission drive.
