To operate Admin Approval for Composing a Message follow the given steps:

  1. Login to the Vawsum App in your smartphone as a teacher.

2. Click on the” Message ” option at the top of your screen appearing as an envelope.

3. Select the student to whom you want to send the message, add the subject of the message, type in the message body, and send it to the parent.

The message will go to the admin for approval, only then it will be sent to the parent.

4. log in as an admin using your credentials in the vawsum App.

5. As soon as you log in, you will receive a notification on your landing page regarding the unapproved message.

6. Click on the unapproved message notification and then click on Approve or Reject button as per your wish to either approve or reject the message.
