To Add & Map Class_Sec_Subject :
1. Sign in to https://institution.vawsum.com/admin using your credentials.
2. Click on the ” Beta ” Panel at the topmost right corner of the page.
3. Now, click on the ” Classes ” under the ” Institution ” at the left-hand side of your page.
4. Now click on the” ADD CLASS ” button at the topmost right corner of the page.
5. A dialogue box will appear, enter the name of the class in the dialogue box and click on ”ADD ”, and then click on the” SAVE ” button at the bottom left corner of the dialogue box to save the new class.
6. A message ” SUCCESS class added successfully ” is displayed on successfully adding a new class.
7. Click on ” Sections ” at the left-hand side of the page below Classes to select a particular section.
8. Now click on the” ADD SECTION ” button at the topmost right corner of the page.
9. A dialogue box will appear, enter the name of the section in the dialogue box and click on ”ADD ” and then click on the” SAVE ” button at the bottom left corner of the dialogue box to save the new section.
10. A message ” SUCCESS section added successfully ” is displayed on successfully adding a new section.
11. Now click on the” MAP CLASS ” button at the topmost right corner of the page.
12. Select the desired class and section from the dialogue box which appears and then click on the” SAVE ” button.
13. Click on ” Yes ” when the warning of mapping the class pops up.
14. Now click on ” Subjects ” below Sections at the left-hand side of the page.
15. Now click on the” ADD SUBJECT ” button at the topmost right corner of the page.
16. A dialogue box will appear, enter the name of the subject in the dialogue box and click on ”ADD ” and then click on the” SAVE ” button at the bottom left corner of the dialogue box to save the new subject.
17. A message ” SUCCESS subject added successfully ” is displayed on successfully adding a new subject.
18. Select the desired class and section from the dialogue box which appears and then click on the” SAVE ” button.
19. Click on ” Yes ” when the warning of mapping the subject pops up.
