How Admin Can Keep a Record of Teachers not Associated with School ?

Admin can now mark a Teacher as Alumni to keep information of Teachers if they part their way with the School:

  1. Login to Vawsum Web using your credentials as an Admin.
  2. Go to Teachers (available on the Left Panel on Dashboard).
  3. Click on Manage Teachers from the Dropdown.
  4. Screen would reflect with the page with List of Teachers.
  5. Next, Click on icon “A” symbolize Alumni to mark any specific Teacher as Alumni who exits the School and part their way.
  6. Once the Teacher is marked as Alumni, the name of the Teacher moves out of the List and gets available on the Manage Teachers Alumni. (Available on the Left column under Teachers dropdown)
  7. Page displays the name of the Teachers marked as Alumni.
  8. On Teachers Alumni page under Action column Reinstate icon would be available.
  9. Reinstate button helps Admin to restore the Teacher back in the Teachers List.
  10. A Name can be restored back in the regular List only if in a scenario the Teacher joins the School back in future.

Note

  1. Only Admins are recommended to perform the above activity of marking a Teacher as Alumni.
